1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SecureCam website (securecam.pk) and placing orders, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of placing your order is the final price.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to photography.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error is discovered, in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment was made.

3. Orders & Payment

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on all orders nationwide. Payment is collected upon delivery.
• Online Payment: Via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Bank Transfer. Customers must submit a payment screenshot or transaction ID within 5 minutes of placing the order.
• Orders with online payment that are not confirmed within the 5-minute window will be marked as "Payment Expired." The cart is retained and the order can be re-placed.
• SecureCam reserves the right to reject or cancel any order at its discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

4. Delivery Policy

• We deliver to all four provinces: KP, Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days from order confirmation. Remote areas may take longer.
• Standard shipping fee is Rs. 200. Customers who pay online receive a 20% discount on shipping.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues, weather, or public holidays are not the responsibility of SecureCam.
• The customer must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items only.
• Items must be returned in original packaging. A clear unboxing video is strongly recommended.
• SecureCam is not responsible for items damaged by improper installation, misuse, or physical damage after delivery.
• Refunds (for online payments) are processed within 3–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• COD orders that are refused at delivery without valid reason may result in the customer being blacklisted from future COD orders.

6. Warranty

• All products carry the manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product page (typically 1–2 years for cameras, 1 year for DVR/NVR).
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover physical damage, water damage (unless IP-rated), or unauthorized modifications.
• To claim warranty, contact us with your order reference number and a description or video of the issue.

7. Installation Services

• Installation services are provided by SecureCam technicians and are subject to location availability.
• Installation charges are quoted separately and are not included in product prices.
• SecureCam is not liable for pre-existing electrical issues or structural problems at the installation site.
• Post-installation support is provided remotely (WhatsApp/call) unless otherwise agreed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, logos, and graphics — is the property of SecureCam or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

9. Privacy

We collect personal information (name, phone, email, address) solely for order fulfillment and customer support purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except for delivery couriers. By placing an order, you consent to this use.

10. Limitation of Liability

SecureCam's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Changes to Terms

SecureCam reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
